How long will it take for my order to be processed?

All items are sent within 48 hours of your order being processed. Items are shipped using the postage method selected at the check out.

What if an item is out of stock?

If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered we will contact you and give you the options available.

Do you have a store where I can see or pick up items?

We are mainly an online based business.  However, we are based in Melbourne so please contact us if you wish to arrange pick up under special circumstances.

Can items be returned?

We will exchange only. However, the bikini must not have been worn and you must contact us within 2 days for an exchange.  This will incur a second shipping charge and we must have received the original bikini back before the next order is sent.

How much is shipping?

Shipping Australia Wide is a flat rate of $10.00. International Shipping costs will vary depending on your location. International Shipping cost will be calculated using our automatic calculator.
Shipping is through Australia Post.

Payment

Payments can be made via PayPal or direct bank deposit. International Payments via PayPal ONLY. Please note that if paying via a bank deposit, it will take 2-3 days for the money to clear. Orders will only be processed when the money has been cleared.
